The Rent Review happens every year at the beginning of the year.
Residents will be sent an online link or a paper form in the post, along with the deadline for returning it.
Your new rent amount will begin in April of that year.
Please upload or attach two or three recent payslips from your employer as proof of your income.
When you submit your income details, please enter only your Net Wage.
You can calculate your Net Wage by taking your Gross Wage and subtracting the three taxes:
PAYE
PRSI
USC
If your income comes from Social Welfare, please upload or attach proof of your payment.
This can be:
your most recent receipt from the post office, or a bank statement if your Social Welfare payment goes into
your bank account
You do not need to include the following payments:
Winter Fuel Allowance
Living Alone Allowance
Child Benefit
Domiciliary Allowance
You must provide evidence to show whether they are:
in fulltime education
in employment
receiving Social Welfare
or not receiving any income
If they are in employment, submit their payslips.
If they are receiving Social Welfare, submit their post office receipts.
If they are not receiving any payment, you must provide a letter from Social Welfare confirming this.

You must complete the digital Rent Assessment in one sitting.
You cannot save the form and return to it later.
Because of this, it is very important that tenants prepare in advance and have all income evidence ready
before starting the form.
